At NetFortress LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with XunYun VPN. Please read our refund rules carefully based on your purchase platform.

App Store (iOS) Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, we cannot process your refund directly. Apple strictly controls all transactions made through their platform.

To request a refund from Apple:

• Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Sign in with your Apple ID.
• Select "Request a refund" and choose the reason why.
• Select XunYun VPN from the list of purchased items and submit.

Refund eligibility is subject to Apple's standard App Store Refund Policy.
