By downloading, installing, or using XunYun VPN, provided by NetFortress LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

XunYun VPN provides a secure and private network for legitimate purposes. You agree NOT to use the service for any of the following:

• Engaging in illegal activities, including copyright infringement or distributing malware.
• Spamming, hacking, or attempting to access unauthorized systems.
• Exploiting minors or distributing illegal content.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store. Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account Settings.

3. Limitation of Liability

NetFortress LLC provides this service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or service interruptions.
